Since 2012, A Hope and A Future, Inc., a team of 8 dedicated professionals, has been the beacon of hope for individuals and families struggling to fit into their community. We specialize in providing emotional healing and life skills training in a supportive environment. Our founder, Paul, a seasoned trauma therapist, saw a gap in services for the neurodivergent dealing with complex trauma and filled it with compassion and expertise. ​A Hope and A Future helps individuals and families respond more effectively to both developmental challenges and adverse life experiences by providing the skills training and counseling services needed to build a life worth living.
